SnP Gallery proudly presents SRSLY BENT by Jesse Draxler.

Opening reception: Saturday October 22nd, 7pm–10pm

Jesse Draxler is most interested in materials and process: organizing chaos into unified forms, and conversely turning clean into chaos.  

 

Creating an image is like putting a puzzle together. I am always waiting for the moment when everything clicks and each element is in its place.

This can take a very long time or a very short time; the duration of the process is completely irrelevant.

Originally from Wisconsin, Jesse studied at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD) and graduated from The College Of Visual Arts (CVA) in St. Paul, MN.

He recently moved to Los Angeles, and now lives and works in Echo Park.
